The modularity feature of MBike helps to optimize the production cycle of the frame thus reducing wasted materials and their negative effects on the manufacturing cycle. Moreover, thanks to the disassembly feature of the frame and to its portability, it is possible to reduce the size and the material of the packing. At last, the small size of a disassembled MBike increases the number of bicycles that can be shipped, thus reducing the pollutant emission related to deliver and distribution

MODULARITY AND REUSE

The MBike’s frame modules are mass produced, for this reason each module work as an interchangeable part.

Interchangeability allows you to:

• replace the damaged modules without having to replace the whole bicycle.

• implement your MBike system with additional modules, to get different configurations in a single bicycle.
